regarding the CSS issue, I don’t see any errors

this CSS issue may happen due to caching plugins either used by you or by your hosting company

yes the categories and tags dont seem to work and get redirected to normal page, Have you switched on support for Tags and Categories : https://take.ms/pbqwk
