  • Same problem (with the french version)
Whatever I write in a Page, Yoast tells me “The text contains 0 word, …”

    I use :
    – WP 4.4.1
    – Themetrust “Create” Theme (1.1.0)
    – Site Origin Page Builder (2.2.2)

Is this a bug or a misinterpretation ?

    My site :

I am having the same problem with my new website. Even worse, I did an upgrade of Yoast plugin on my old website and there I now have the same problem. This used to work fine with previous Yoast version.

I am using Site Origin Pagebuilder too, any help appreciated! I am stuck and want to take my site ‘live’ this coming week.

In addition to my last post, the problem appears to be ralated to the TinyMCE visual editor that I am using. When I create text without that widget all is okay and Yoast sees my text. Text created with TinyMCE is not seen by Yoast, in the previous version (2.8 something) this was working fine.

Anybody any idea how to get this fixed? Btw, not using TinyMCE at this point is not an option. All text on my site was made using this.

I also use TinyMCE, and it is mandatory too for me.

Not really a fix but it solved my problem for the time being: I removed the current Yoast SEO plugin and downloaded & installed version 2.3.5.

This version appears to be working properly in combination with TinyMCE. As mentioned, not a solution but for me it works fine.

Old Yoast versions can be downloaded here:

Thank you, wilbertk for this spare solution

    It actually seems to work

    This confirms the bugs
