The theme is not responsive on mobile as shown in the example

I’ll try to explain it by showing it on the page print.
The first print is what appears in the theme customization, how it should look.
And the second print is how it really is, that is, it is not the same as the model shown when clicking on the cell phone image on the customization page.
So for me it’s not being responsive.

Can you disable the Jetpack Mobile Theme setting for your site and see if that helps you resolve this issue?

Thank you for your attention and patience with me, as I am completely ignorant about many of these things.
As I understand it, I only have to disable it in the settings in “enable the jatpack mobile theme” and disable it, there is no need to disable the jatpack plugin, is that it?
I actually went to the jatpack website and there was a notice that this function will be disabled in March 2020.
Is that why?

Yes just disable that feature of the plugin which we mentioned and see if that helps.
