The theme is not working at all

  • Hi,
    We are facing a lot of trouble with this theme. Every other day the mobile view is down and the website is not working. You guys are releasing updates every next day, but all of them are just a waste of time. We have mailed you multiple issues. Sometimes the colors of the hyperlink change automatically from green to blue. And the best happens when the theme is not at all working in mobiles. We were just trying out with the free version so that we could buy the pro version. But there are so many problems with your theme. Our visitors mainly use the mobile site, and it is down every second day. Moreover, we have made some changes in the footer which were working fine till 15th. And now the changes are not reflecting. We are going to change the theme to Astra or some other which does not have these problems. we will also give you guys ratings and reviews for your pathetic services on social media.

    While checking your site, all the primary colors are appearing green. Also, there seems a mobile toggle menu not working on your site. If that is what you’re referring to, it seems to be caused by the caching plugin you’re using. It seems minification is not working properly and hence the problem so please try generating new minification files for JS from the plugin. If you meant other issues on mobile, please explain it clearly and I’ll check accordingly.

    Regarding the problem: changes in the footer not reflecting, can you please let us know which option is not working so that we can better understand the problem. It might be affected by some other plugin. Usually, the caching plugin does that. You can try clearing the cache. While testing it, the footer option is working fine.

    Regarding the color problem in the few previous release, yes there have been mistakes from our side and we immediately fixed those issues and provided support right away to all of the queries. Now, with the releases of the update, all should be fine as reported by other users. I think this is how every product work and grows. We’ve also learned a great deal from this experience.

    We have cleared the cache still the mobile site is not working. Please check it on your end how we can fix this. It’s been more than two hours that the mobile site is down.
    In footer earlier we have removed the themegrill credit, but after the update it is showing again. And we are unable to remove it now.
    In the blogs page the read more button under each blog appears blue during hover.

    We are using a swift performance lite plugin and a lite speed cache plugin.

    we have cleared the cache using the first plugin but still facing the same problem on our mobile home page.

    kindly assist us to resolve this issue? what exactly we should do to get out of this ??

    There should be an option to regenerate the JS file from the plugin. Can you contact the Swift Performance team and check? You can also check their documentation or plugin’s settings to find out.

    How we can remove the theme grill footer credit?
    Also the color of the read more button is blue on hover in the particular category and blogs page.

    An option to change footer credit is available in the Pro version only. Can you send a link to the page and screenshot of the problem?

    Also, are the previous issues resolved? Please let me know.

    All the previous issues are resolved. But whenever we hover on the read more option in any category the color is blue.
