the thumbnail are in big size

  • hello @kimlicrea3, if i get you right, the 3 thumbnails for the product are too large?

    To fix this, go to your dashboard > woocommerce > settings > products > select the ‘display’ tab and change the value of the product thumbnails with hard crop option ticked.

    After doing this, activate the plugin REGENERATE THUMBNAILS (found under tools) and regenerate all images.. that should solve your problem.
