    Hi Richwpaccount,

I have tested the latest version 1.4.9 of this plugin on the test site, the notes were displayed with the proper actual date/time. Please check the screenshots: https://app.screencast.com/UDgQw4l5xz3U2

Please make sure you have the latest version and the site date/time settings match the actual date/time in the real life.

You can also provide more images for us to check this issue out.

    Best regards.

The time of the note popup is 1:09 pm, and the “latest note” in the order menu states 8:09 am. The real time is 1:09 pm at the time of the screenshot. Let me know if you cannot open the image link.

The server time and WordPress time are correct and matched the 1:09 pm time.

    Hi richwpaccount,

Are you using any anti-fraud plugin on your site? Please check the date/time settings on that as well. This is an issue that might come from an external element rather from our plugin. Please check if the default WooCommerce system notes are correct in time. We only check with default notes by WooCommerce and they are all correct.

    Best regards.

I am having the same issue. I have all the latest versions. And my time zone is set correctly. The NOTE has the proper time. The LATEST NOTE COLUMN shows a time stamp that is 5 hours off.

    Hi drjx,

This seems to be a conflict with an external plugin on your site. In both cases, the notes were 5 hours different when there was shipping/delivery and other order-related information from an external plugin displayed in the note.

You can kindly disable other plugins except our plugin and WooCommerce to be sure. Please check the other delivery/shipping plugin on your site to make sure the date/time settings are correct.

I tested this on our test site with no external delivery/shipping plugins installed, the latest notes were exactly the same. The must be an external element interfering with our plugin.

    Best regards.

I did as you suggested. Problem still exhibits.

Possible clue : notes created before we switched to summer time display with a 5 hour difference (in the Latest Note column). Those created after switching to summer time, the difference is 4 hours. (US has switched, most of the world has not yet.)

Perhaps in your test, you are in the same time zone as your server? Is there a format issue in the way the timestamp is specified for the display?

    Hi drjx,

    Thanks for the feedback.

Indeed, we are in the same zone with the server of our test site. I have sent the information to our developers so that they can consider this further in the next update of our plugin.

    Best regards.
