    Hello,

Since the latest Elementor update, the timeline line is offset from the start point and protrudes below the end point.

    Thank you for your time.

    Hello there!

    Sorry for the late reply.

I would like to inform you that I checked everything out on Stratum ver. 1.3.13, Elementor ver. 3.10.2, PHP ver. 8.1 and WP ver. 6.1.1 – everything seems to work properly. I haven’t noticed any timeline shifts. So I may suggest you try switching your theme to one of the default WordPress ones and also try disabling the plugins that you have just to check everything out. Let me know the result.

    Hello,

Sorry, I replied to you by email on February 14, 2023, after your response :

” Thank you for your reply.

I have already done the tests by changing the theme and checking that there is no conflict between the extensions, the problem does not come from there.

On the other hand, I did some tests by noting the photos that are in the content of the Timeline, I think I found the origin of the problem. When I remove them, I no longer have this lag problem. When I put them back on, the lag comes back.

    Thanks again for your time,

    Milena

    Hello, Milena!

    Sorry for the delayed response.

Please be informed that I tried including images above timeline titles too (used the “Show Image” option).

But the images were displayed properly, and I haven’t noticed any line shiftings.

So I suggest you contact us through our support platform so we can take a closer look and check everything out from our side. Thank you!

    Hello,

Thank you for your time, that’s it, I finally understood where the problem came from. I put the images in the text editor with the “Add media” option. I used the “show image: yes” option instead and I no longer have the problem. Thank you very much for your time.
