The toggle button cannot work

Hi,
We used your WP popups for a long time, but the toggle button used for turning the popups on/off cannot work. Whenever we click the button or use “bulk action” to change toggle action, the page just refreshes and nothing change.
I already upgraded WP/ popups plugin to the latest version but the problem still unresolved.

Do you have any ideas about the problem or any method that I can try to test or fix?
