The top of the popup hidden behind the header

I am strugling with a problem for the last two days. The top if the popup filter is hidden behind the top sticky header. My current “solution” is to add bunch if padding, but that is not ideal since top title where the close button is is not displayed. This is particularly awkward on mobile since user experience without close button is far from ideal. Please help. I tried bunch of css manipulation but to no avail. Also, I would like for it to be diplayed right beneath the header.
