    Hello @itapress

    Thank you for reaching us

Can you elaborate regarding the affect of translatable strings in the Youzify 1.3.1 version?

I mean can you elaborate and let me know exact examples?

    Best Regards, KaineLabs Team.

    Hello @kainelabsteam

    Thank you for the reply.

I just wanted to point out that, while I was checking the Italian translation of the plugin, I noticed this misalignment with the latest released version.

Let me clarify that the misalignment is not with a single language, but with the strings available for translation on?translate.www.ads-software.com?and that the WordPress Polyglots community contributes to do.

I show you a screenshot with an example. As you can see in the source code?reference?there is a link to version?1.3.0:

    Thanks.

    Hello @itapress

    Thank you for clarifying.

We did not change anything for the Italian language file from 1.3.0 to 1.3.1. One of the contributors made the translation file a few years ago, and we have not updated it since.

If you feel some words or strings are incorrect, you can edit them manually with Poedit or Loco Translate.

    Hello @kainelabsteam

    Thank you for the reply.

I understand that there are no string variations between the two versions, but I would like to give you some more information.

If there are no reports of failed imports on Slack based on your plugin slug in the?#meta-language-packs?channel, you could try, as other developers have done, making a small change to the readme.txt files to ask for a rescan that seems to fix the misalignment, or do more checks when the next version of the plugin is released.

Finally, since we are talking about the Italian language, I would like to point out that the Italian translation included in the /languages/ folder of the plugin you mentioned is not loaded for two reasons:

    1. Because translations generated by translate.www.ads-software.com take precedence and therefore the files youzify-it_IT.po, youzify-it_IT.mo and youzify-it_IT.l10n.php are loaded from the /wp-content/languages/plugins/ folder.
    2. Because they have the previous name of the plugin (youzer-it_IT.po and youzer-it_IT.mo) and therefore, after having deleted the files mentioned in point 1) which are however generated automatically, to make them load you need to rename them based on the current name of the plugin (youzify-it_IT.po and youzify-it_IT.mo).

    Thanks.

    Hello @kainelabsteam

Thank you for fixing the misalignment issue.

I would like to ask the developer, even if it is almost irrelevant, if he also considers it appropriate to rename the included files of the old Italian language translation from youzer-it_IT.po?and?youzer-it_IT.mo to youzify-it_IT.po?and?youzify-it_IT.mo.

    Thanks.
