The translation has failed. See logs for details

  • When clicking on “Translate” only the title of the page was translated from German to English and the texts in the sections remained German. In addition, the free version of DeepL Api allows you to translate 500,000 characters per month. Although the translation did not work, all characters are displayed as used. How can this be?

    Probably because of the plugin unable to update post_content

    what do you mean by post_content? I can send you a screenshot of the logs. (please tell me your mail adress) And what about the 500.00 characters, can you have them reset?

    The full post_content is the main body of the article. You can get it from the database

    I cannot reset your API usage as I don’t work for DeepL ?? but it might be stored in cache (all translations are cached for API usage savings)
