    Hi There,

Masteriyo is a fully translation-ready plugin. You can translate the Masteriyo plugin into any language offered by WordPress using free plugins like Loco Translate.

Please check this documentation https://docs.masteriyo.com/faqs/translate-the-Masteriyo-plugin-into-Multiple-Languages. It will help you translate the plugin on your site.

    Regards!

    1. What are you telling me? Look here
    2. There is no translation in the WordPress system!!!
    3. Loco Translate is a translation plugin. And there are a lot of such plugins…

    Hello Irina,

I may not have translated as many WP plugins as you have – the list you display is amazing! – but I also made some contributions to this plugin as well as to several others and I believe I can understand your frustration. Can the reason why the Russian translation does not work be the fact that there is no editor for the Masteriyo project, as a result of which your translation strings cannot be approved? I am writing this because I can see a similar problem for the Masteriyo strings I and several others submitted for the Turkish language long ago.

    Hello Hakan Gür,

    1. I have the right of an Editor. See Translated – 90%.
    2. For WordPress translation to work in the LMS by Masteriyo plugin, you need to translate 90%, because there are *.php and *.js files.
The Force Update Translations plugin will not help here.

    Hi Irina,

Thank you for contributing to the Masteriyo translation.

We want to get a better understanding of your translation difficulty. It would be easier to help you if you could provide us with additional information about your situation.

    Hello masteriyo,
    No translation!
In the Translating WordPress system, these lines are Translated and approved:
    Total Courses
    Total Instructors
    etc.
See: Languages: See all 2 (English (US)?and?Russian.)
    I hope this helps!
    Thanks!

    Hi Irina,

Thank you for raising this topic,

We have investigated the issue and found the reason because of the different text domains and the slug. We have used the masteriyo text domain and learning-management-system slug on our plugin, so it is creating the issue on translation.

Please go to the wp-content/languages/plugins folder and replace all the learning-management-system slug to masteriyo to fix the translation issue.

Example: learning-management-system-ru_RU.po to masteriyo-ru_RU.po (All .mo, .po, .json files related to masteriyo)

We will soon release the update with the fix; I hope this information helps.

    Regards!
