    Hi Guys

I’m getting this error displayed at the top of my General Setting page for W3TC

“The Unsuccessful Transfer Queue has unresolved errors. Empty the queue to restore normal operation.”

When I view the queue I’m seeing multiple files with this similar issue.

    LOCAL PATH
    wp-content/plugins/elementor/assets/lib/swiper/swiper.min.js

    REMOTE PATH
    wp-content/plugins/elementor/assets/lib/swiper/swiper.min.js

    LAST ERROR
Unable to put object (Unable to open “wp-content/plugins/elementor/assets/lib/swiper/swiper.min.js” using mode “r”: fopen(wp-content/plugins/elementor

I’m not sure why the error is occurring, can anyone shed some light on this?

    Hello @wasca

I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
Can you please share when the issue started to occur? Was this since you set up the CDN or have you made any changes/updates since?
It appears to be a file path problem.
Can you please try adding /wp-content/plugins/elementor/assets/lib/swiper/swiper.min.js to rejected files in Performance>CDN>Advanced and see if the error for this file is gone?
    Thanks!

I can’t say when it started to occur.

I have this in the “custom file list”, which should handle all the *.js files under /wp-content/plugins/elementor/ folder and its sub-folders.

    {plugins_dir}/elementor/*.js

What does adding that path to the rejected files do? I want the file to be pushed to the CDN.

    Hello @wasca

    Thank you for the information.
Rejected files – Blocks the files from being uploaded to the CDN. I did not have the information that those files are in the custom files list.
Have you tried adding the files without the placeholder:
    /wp-content/plugins/elementor/assets/lib/swiper/swiper.min.js

    Thanks!
