• I have to say, this upgrade caused a lot of grief.

All the styling had to be re-set again and there are a lot of changes to the settings that were working fine before, now I’m having a few issues with them.

The course is free, however, all lessons appear to be locked.

When I click on ‘Start Now’ the user is taken to the checkout page that says “No payment method is available” and “Your cart is empty”

I don’t want to set up Paypal payment as students are not going to pay for this course.

Please advise on the solution ASAP!

Please be sure the checkout page of LearnPress not the same checkout page of Woocommerce, if you set the same page will have a problem above.

I don’t even have Woocommerce on the website

Anyway, as I said in other topics – I rolled back to V3 until all the bugs are fixed

Your content is password protected so we can’t check it. Do you have any course publish for the check?

I have already reverted back to LP3 as I couldn’t leave it as is with all the issues. So there is nothing to check at the moment.

I will wait it out until a few more releases when you fix all your bugs.

    Hi,

How did you revert back to LP3? Can you tell me what steps you took? The new update is causing me issues too.

    Thanks.

    Hi naielah,

    What a disaster!

I restored the backup I’ve done before upgrading.

If you don’t have a backup, you can try WP Rollback plugin to roll back to the previous version but since the DB was updated too I’m not too sure it will work.

    Good luck!
