    Hello, I installed the plugin, the upload button and uploaded file can be seen from the product page, however, it does not appear on the cart page, order, and the backend. Could you help?

    Apologies for not getting back earlier.

    I had a look at the page and noticed that there is ajax add to cart enabled.

    Currently, the plugin does not work fine when Ajax Add to Cart is enabled. Can you please turn off Ajax Add to Cart from Astra Pro settings and let me know if the files are available on the Cart, Checkout pages and in the Order.

    Thanks for your reply. I have disabled Ajax Add to Cart, but files still not displaying on the cart page, could you let me know why?

    Could you also let me know if there’s an option to set the upload file field always required before adding to the basket for the pro version?

    I did have a look and it looks like we will need more details to debug this.

    Can you please create a ticket here so we can check and get this resolved for you?

    Yes, the Pro version has the option to have the upload field always required.

    Thanks for your reply. I tried to register from the link you suggested, it said I registered successfully. However, I am unable to log in, even I hit “Forgot your password”, no email is arrived (including junk mailbox).

    Or is it better to raise a ticket from here?

    @vee3print – in case you missed my email, I have changed the setting that was causing this issue.

    In case for anyone else too facing this issue, it will be resolved by turning off Ajax Add to cart (the text will change based on the locale) under Add to Cart Action settings (Add to Basket in this case)
