OK I wrote too fast when I said it works without Tutor Pro. In fact, after activation, when I want to connect to my WordPress.com (first step in the wizard), I get the following error from jetpack.wordpress:

As requested by my colleague, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then click the Copy for support button.?You can either paste it in your response here, or use https://pastebin.com/ for pasting it there and sharing it with us (as it provides additional paste settings).

Furthermore, do you see your Google Merchant Center account? Please navigate to?example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page?(replacing?example.com?with your domain) and check if your Google account is connected.

Regarding the Jetpack plugin, now, feel free to download and install it from here. Then, kindly follow the instructions detailed in the thread, linked here.

Answering your questions, no it’s not required but since Jetpack handles the login for WordPress.com, I believe it’s worth trying the steps mentioned by Pepe above.
