I am not using WP theme 2021 or 2020. I use Divi theme. But I think that the setting icon has to have another place within the member profile block at the member list page. For example after the name.

Did you make any customization with the Member directory template? e.g. changing the width and number of columns.

I did not change anything. This was from the beginning when I activated the plugin and add some users.

Have you tried deactivating plugins and leave UM as the only active plugin? Let’s see if there’s a plugin conflict issue.

That is not an option for us, because it is a live site.

I just fixed it with this custon CSS:
