@missveronicatv There is a separate page with a shortcode. If you click under the “Log In” button, then it redirects to the page and everything is correct. If they click in the red plate, then there is a redirect to the WordPress page. Screen: https://imgur.com/a/ltIxVzA

You can add this code to your theme’s functions.php file:

add_filter( 'lostpassword_url', function( $lostpassword_url, $redirect  ){

	$lostpassword_url = 'url of your UM lost password page';

	return $lostpassword_url;
	
},10,2);

Remember to change ‘URL of your UM lost password page’ text with the real URL.

Can you change the priority for the filter? Something like this:

add_filter( 'lostpassword_url', function( $lostpassword_url, $redirect  ){

	$lostpassword_url = 'https://google.com';

	return $lostpassword_url;
	
},100,2);

Change 10 to 100

And I suggest you use a child theme or use plugins like “code snippets” to add the code instead of adding it to zakra theme’s functions.php

That is a tested code, I tested that on my system and everything worked as expected. Do you have any other plugins that create a login/registration system?
