The drop-down options menu that should appear for variable products does not appear.
For example, if I select two colors in order to create two variations (gold and pink) and for each one I put a price (40 and 50), the drop-down menu useful to choose which product to buy, does not appear. In the product page it appears "price: 40-50" instead of a menu

Evrything is updated.
I do not know what to do

In this product I added two variations “oro” and “rosa”, they both cost 68, but I cannot switch beetween the two colors in the product page.

Hi,

OK, this looks like a conflict issue with your theme or with another plugin. To determine what’s causing the issue, please temporarily switch your theme to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then re-enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

If you don’t want to test on your live site, you can create a staging site using a plugin called?WP Staging: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-staging/

Hello, I am having problem with the ‘choose an option’ setting on the product page. The option box is there but it appears to be disabled as you are not able to choose and option. At first I thought it might be the product plugin but I added the product manually and the problem continues. Is there a way to resolve this issue. The website address is blucoralbodytherapy.com. It will be the heated massage gun.

Hi there,

The option box is there but it appears to be disabled as you are not able to choose and option.

I checked: https://blucoralbodytherapy.com/heated-cold-massage-gun/ and I get the same result. “Choose Options” is not responsive.

Does it work when you setup any variable test product as described here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/#adding-a-variable-product

Hello, I have the same problem. I have follow every single step of the instructions to create the attributes and variations. but nothing is shown in the drop-down.
I have tried many times, including deactivating the theme and plugins, but the problem still exists. grateful if you could give me advice. below the links are some screenshots.
