The view is abnormal when opened with IE browser,

Thanks for opening this discussion. Yes the grid module supports most browsers, but it does not support IE11 and lower versions ( <1% of brow?s?er usage ).
WordPress itself is currently discussing about dropping support for IE11 which is a too old browser with limited support of latest CSS techniques. This is discussed here : https://make.www.ads-software.com/core/2021/03/04/discussion-dropping-support-for-ie11/
