  • Could you give us the link to your website? And such questions should be posted under ‘How-To and Troubleshooting’ or ‘Themes and Templates’ forums.

    Hardeep,

    Here it is: https://www.dheria.com
Should you need login credentials please let me know as long as is not going to be sent to you via the Forum. Thanx so much for helping.

That website is empty. Could you explain this issue? Is that what you meant that your entire website is grayed out or jut “Visit Store” link?

And no, please don’t share credentials with anyone on forum.

    Hardeep,

It is empty because it’s under construction. Nothing in there just yet. As far the issue, I meant how you can click on that link in the admin (dashboard) area and it take you straight to the store. Same can be done with the “Visit Site” link. The irony is the “Visit Site” link works fine. Frankly, they both have been working fine. Just don’t know what has just gone wrong. Please help. Thanx.

Could you try to disable all the plugin and revert to a default theme and see if it still happens?

    Hsrdeep,

i have done that. I even changed the Twenty-Fourteen theme that I run and tried other ones and to no avail.

    sBliss

I suppose you are using WooCommerce, in which case try to post this question to their support forum. ??

    Hardeep,

Explain why you think this is wooCommerce question, please.

    sBliss

Because WooCommerce adds that ‘Visit Store’ link. Is it a different plugin? ??

    Rohan.

You’re right because i checked and that’s true. Question is why all sudden it’s become inactive? Is it because I have Visual Composer installed and it automatically configured the
WooCo installation to be part of its elements and so overriding it’s ability to be active? in other words, WooCo became the slave and vice versa, correct? Is any ways you can look into this for me?

    sBliss

Just give me the list of the active plugins you have and the name of your theme and I’ll try to reproduce it on my site.

    Rohan,

WooCommerce, Visual Composer, Ultimate Add-ons for Visual Composer, and a few others. But the conflict is between WooCommerce, Visual Composer and Child Twenty-Fourteen theme. Thanx in advance.

    sBliss

    Hi,

If you know it’s because of Visual Composer then you should contact the plugin author and report it to it. And we really can’t do much as it’s not a GPL-plugin but a commercial plugin, for which w.org forums isn’t the right place.

    Hope you understand.

    Regards,
    Hardeep

This is old, but hopefully this helps someone in the future. The issue is you probably skipped the installation wizard. The pages necessary for the plugin to work are missing. Go to The WooCommerce Plugin > System Status > Tools Tab > Install WooCommerce Pages and it should work!
