The voucher is sent before payment is accepted

    Hello.
    When someone make a new reservation, he got a voucher in e-mail at the moment.
    It means, anyone can make a reservation and get voucher, without payment. Either when payment via direct bank pay, or via stripe is used.
    Am I able somehow, to set, that e-mail with voucher will be send after stripe payment is sucessfull, or after the reservation is marked as paid in wp-admin?

    Hi @megosoft

    You can upgrade to latest version and set this kind of flow to send voucher manually from admin, not directly. but this feature only available for “Bank Transfer” method.

    Also, if you are using stripe payment method or any other method except “Bank Transfer” then voucher will send only if payment made successfully. if not then it will not redirect to success page and mail will not send too.

    Hello,
    I have just upgraded to latest version, however I don’t see any chagnes in Gift voucher -> settings.
    Could you please provide a quick quide, how can I set this thing?

    Hi @megosoft

    You can change that settings from Plugin settings => Payment Settings tab => “Send Direct Mail”, you can change this settings to “No”.

    It seems, problem has been fixed. However, my custom images for voucher is gone… Is it only because of upgrading plugin?

    Data will remains the same if you update the plugin. Data or images will not change. Please confirm from plugin new settings and then test.
