Errors like this are logged. Check the error log on your server. If you can’t find the log, please contact your host.

You can also try this: Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

thanks for replying, i found out that the problem is related with the automatic update of wordpress, when i update the web to the latest version the web crashes, now i have disabled the automatic updates, but how can i solve this problem now?

BUT, not updating wordpress is not the solution. You need to work through what’s happening. Enable debugging, as noted above.

ok thanks, now I look at the link. But one question, if I enable debug to get information about this problem should I make the web crash again?

When (if) it crashes again, check the debug log.
