The website and wordpress is very slow

    The website and WordPress are very slow to load. Running the GTMetrix shows over 20 sec to load the website or a webpage.

    I added some images for the image carousel, it increased the page size from 1.44MB to 1.59MB which is also slowing the website. The image carousel is important for the webpage.

    Also, have many plugins installed, out of which some are deactivated but all of them are important.

    Any suggestions?
