The Website Language Option found on WP.com

  • I was a former user of wordpress.com

    In the Setting–>General They had an option called (Website Language)

    When I chose arabic , my website changed into Right to Left website. Which was exactly what I wanted.

    Now I moved to another host. I installed latest version of wordpress. I cant find the language option.

    Do I have to change the CSS files of the theme manually ? That sounds like a great hassle. Especially when I have to repeat this for every theme I try.

    I uploaded ar.mo to wp-content Languages folder

    Edit wp-config.php (define ar)

    Nothing happened plz help
