The welcome banner plugging is not dismissing

  • Whenever I access any admin page on my website, a welcome banner keeps showing up. I’ve attempted to deactivate and activate it again, but without any success. Can you please assist? Thank you. Regards.

    It’s been daily challenging to keep using it, unfortunately. I’m still facing this upsetting banner.
