    Hello, I’m having the same exact problem described in this post

    I’m using the Version 1.2.0
    I’m integrating it with Mailchimp
    My PHP Version is 7.3.2

    I already tried troubleshooting this issue disabling all the other plugins and it still shows a transparent wheel where we can see nothing.

    Note: It assumes this behavior a few minutes after creating a new wheel. The first 2-3 minutes after being created the wheel works perfectly, but then it gets transparent.

    Please help.

    Note to future readers:

    This issue was handled via live chat. The issue was two-fold:

    1) a bug in the purple theme which has since been fixed.
    2) using multiple HTML optimization/caching plugins that were probably working against eachother. When deactivating the plugins, we were able to add wheels to the page like normal.
