The whole plugin has crashed!

    I had installed this a few days ago and was all working great.

    Today I logged on to see the form on my site was no longer working and when i click the ‘submit’ button on any form it just disappeared and nothing happened. I went to send you an email via your support page and even your contact form on your site is not working..

    What is happening??
