The widget compare only on homepage

Hello i have used your wonderful plugin on this site https://www.wellfitwoman.it/sito2015 but the widget compare only on homepage. Why? Can you tell me like to solve the problem?
It is possible open the widget at hover of mouse and not with click? Thanks.
