The widget doesn’t seem to effect the shop

  • Hey guys, I’m not sure how to request support on this forum, I only just registered to get help with the plugin. I linked to the site I’m building that doesn’t seem to be working with the widget. The page I’m building will eventually have more products that will fill the four categories I have set up – and I’m assuming the text search is for when you’re looking for a specific product? – but when I change click the check-box or any of the categories, the shop module doesn’t seem to change.

    I’m not 100% sure how this is supported to work, the three products to the right are from the shop module, and each product has a different category.

    Hi jono,

    It looks like maybe you’ve already deactivated the plugin. I don’t see any of our filters in your sidebar. If you do reactivate it and are still having some trouble, please let me know.
