The widget field is not showing at Dashboard->widget

What is the name of the theme with the problem, and where did you get it from?

I am not making a child theme..
i am working on making my own theme on my localhost.

I had maked all the theme supported files i.e.footer,header,index,etc and a css file on my own theme…..
1.The theme is showing on my themes panel.I want to add some widget on the theme but after activating, i can not find any widget option on my appearance.

can you please give some instructions step wise to enable the widget option on my dashboard…

I think you need to first register widget in function.php file with proper widget ID.
