    Hi Sarah,

    Try adding the default “WooCommerce Product Categories” widget to the problem sidebar and see if any categories are displayed properly first.

    If that works while the XO10 widget doesn’t work, let me have the following information.

    1. PHP, WooCommerce and WordPress versions you are using
    2. Link to your website so I can see if its your theme that is causing the problem.
