    Hi there

    I hope there is someone who can help.

    We have implemented the Woo Wallet plugin and we are using it on our site to represent something called a Bleisure Wallet. The Wallet can be redeemed on our products and experiences, but not outside of the ecosystem. It does not have a cash value.

    We are concerned that the word cashback implies this is cash and has a cash value and may be misleading.

    Has anyone else experienced this? We were wondering if it would be possible to change the word cashback to contribution.

    i am SHEHU a first user sending this support i really really appreciate your work with your team i wish you all the very best to move forward and i hope to see you add some other features
    my questions are as follows
    1.please is there away that customer can make deposit by CASH or by transfer from his bank account directly
    2. what about email/sms system on each transaction carried out by the customer
    3.can merchant charge customer per withdrawal on direct cash withdrawal?
    4.is there any option for user registration where customer can upload his photo?if no how can i achieve that
    5.how can the owner of the site make his profit from the cashback program?please explain
    6.can i create user account number with 16 digit like visa card?
    7.is there a way where after registering customer is sent a qrcode with all his account details as the qrcode format
    8.is it possible the customer use his wallet in a physical store connected to the website where merchant will use the card number and deduct the amount spent and customer account updated after the transaction
    9.how can the site owner charge commission from the merchant?is there any option to set commission based on per transaction?
    10.is there option where merchant is given the permission to top up customers wallet?
    11. what is the main security measures taken as it involves fund
    12.can site owner charge for any transaction that involves making request of taking out cash from wallet (and not take any charge for wallet to wallet)
