    Hi,
    I got this error message when scanning with Wordfence
    What can I do to fix? I am not a developer so not very well at technical stuffs. Thanks

  • Hey @nhunga,

    Where did you receive this version of Wordfence from?

    Can you try completely resetting it to see if it helps? Please go top the Wordfence Dashboard > Global Options page and look in the General Wordfence Options section. Look at the bottom of the section for “Delete Wordfence tables and data on deactivation” and check the box. Save the changes on that page and then go to the Wordfence > Login Security > Settings page. At the bottom of the page check the box next to “Delete Login Security tables and data on deactivation” and save the changes. Next got to the Firewall > Manage WAF page and click the button that says “Remove Extended Protection. This should take a little while to finish. If you do not see that button but see one that says “Optimize Firewall, you can move on. On your plugins page Deactivate Wordfence and then Delete it.

    Once you’ve done this please install a fresh copy of Wordfence that you download from here, the WordPress repository.
