I signed up for the “10 day trial”. Installed the plug-in on WordPress then inserted the API key into the settings of the plug-in, and it wont save.

I was unable to find support on the logtivity.io website,
    I deactivated the plugin.

the only errors I got was :

Update: After deactivating the plug-in, I reactivated the plug-in .. then it started working.

    Hi @hallcrash,

Thanks for reporting the issue. I have just done a new release of the plugin (2.1.1) that resolves the errors in your error log. However, I don’t think these were related to why the settings wouldn’t save.

To get a bit more context can you just clarify – when you clicked “Update” to save the API key, did it save but have a red label saying “Not connected” or did it not save anything settings at all so when you refresh the page the settings were still blank?

I’m glad it’s working for you now after reactivating the plugin. However, if you have any further issues please feel free to use our contact form here: https://logtivity.io/contact/ and we’ll be happy to help.

I think the problem is the multi-site wordpress configuration I installed the plug in on. I was able to get it to work on the “Main” word press site. But if I logged into other sites with different URL’s it would de-activate. It should function the same on any WP installation, an error is an error.

I tried to activate the API Credentials on just one of the sites that is not the “Main” site, and it would not save the API Credentials at all.

Even after I updated the plug-in to 2.1.1 it still logged errors:

    Hi @hallcrash

Thanks for your response. Can I ask if your multisite install is using a subdomain or subdirectory set up?

    Hi @hallcrash

Thanks for trying Logtivity. I’m closing this ticket after a couple of weeks of no activity, but please feel free to follow up if this remains an issue.
