    The plugin is very good. But the customer service needs improvement.

    @autosoftmy – Sorry to hear that you had issues with your purchase. That said I have not seen any support requests to that effect via https://wppopupmaker.com/support/. We would be happy to help and have multiple team members who check support multiple times a day.

    Without more info on your purchase (which I wouldn’t ask you to post here) there is not way to verify if the purchase failed to go through or if our purchase receipt ended up in your spam etc.

    Please submit a ticket at the link above and mention any purchase details such as CC or Paypal, email used etc. We can track it down from there and see what happened.

    Thanks for your reply. My case has been solved. I have changed the rating based on the plugin. Thumbs up.

    @autosoftmy – Appreciate you updating the rating. That said I would still love to see how we can do better. If you don’t want to post anything here feel free to send me a message via the support form on where we fell down so we can try to make sure that doesn’t happen again.
