I’m experiencing the same thing. The plugin keeps messing up my permalinks and causing intermittent 404 errors. $300 a year is a hefty price tag and most users expect top-notch coding for that price point.

Yeah….opened a plugin and they don’t take responsibility for their issues with their software. Buyer beware. I found a much more robust and streamlined plugin for the same price. Better service too.

I agree to disagree here.
I am using PMPro for our membership websites. The support they provide is the best. They were very helpful in addressing the issue and most of the time, they even provide you with the customized code/recipe to achieve what we are looking for. Comparing with the other Membership plugin, Paid Membership Pro is the best option IMHO. I am using the Paid version of PMPro.
