• So I stupidly bought the premium version of their product, because it supports LearnPress tabs for Elementor. Unfortunately, in spite of having LearnPress installed, it kept flagging an error that LearnPress needs to be activated first. So I opened a support case with them on a Wednesday. Three days later I received an email asking me to activate LearnPress. I replied and told them that LearnPress was activated. They then asked me for login credentials to my site which I provided them with a week ago. Since then I’ve had one message saying that they’re looking into it. In spite of asking multiple times for an update, I haven’t had a single response. Whatever you do, don’t buy this product as the support is simply the worst! They really don’t care! An entire week and several emails to them and still no response at all. Unbelievable!!!!!!

    After the poor experience I had with the product and their support, I’m pleased to say that I was able to get a refund pretty quickly. As I’ve said if you’re buying the product for its LearnPress Tabs feature, don’t bother, it’s horrible and undocumented.
