The WP Docs page shows directories but not files

I have created three directories and uploaded two files into one of them and one file into another. On going to the WP Docs page it shows the three directories but says they all have zero files.

Note that I have WordPress installed in a subdirectory so it is either:
blog.NoNewWars.co.uk
or
https://www.NoNewWars.co.uk/blogI can see files in /public_html/blog/wp-content/uploads/wpdocs so there is something happening when I upload files.
You’ve marked this as ‘Resolved’ but it is still not right.
I have three directories. In the one called ‘Policy Documents’ there was already one document. I have uploaded another so there are now two in there.
When I change the dropdown it shows three folders, all are saying 0 files.
