the X button in the corner doesnt work

    hi,

    I disabled ESC close and “click anywhere to close” .

    … I think it worked. I am not sure, but now I cant close the popup when X is clicked. It shows me message – to fill up the fields.
    This forces visitor to fillup the form or to abandon the site… not happy.

    any suggestions please?

    Forgive me if I understood wrong, but didn’t you say you disabled “Close on ESC”? If so, it is normal that users can’t close the popup when clicking the X button.

    yes,
    but thought that “ESC” and “X” are two different commands.
