I was told by someone that it has to do with the Inspiro theme. Not sure if I am able to reverse back to the previous update versus the newest one?

I am not very knowledgeable about wordpress and all of this, all I know if the Inspiro theme I have I paid for. I appreciate your help, im looking into everything your sending me
