The product installation manual automatically sent to customers from our website contains links to videos. However, customers are unaware of why these links need to be screened and are being intercepted. I feel it’s completely unnecessary. I included links to YouTube videos and PDF files on Google Drive in the email, but they are all being intercepted for screening. How can I disable this screening and allow customers to click directly to the corresponding pages?

    Hello @kaiyang,

Why do you think this is related to our plugin? Our plugin does not change the links in emails.

Because when I click on the link in the email, it redirects to the detection page of this plugin.

It’s not just about changing the link; it’s also about being detected first before being redirected to the corresponding correct link. It’s annoying. I don’t need this detection.

    Thank you for the clarification.

Your screenshot shows the SpamFireWall option. You can read more about this option here: https://cleantalk.org/help/cleantalk-spam-firewall

If you don’t need this option, you can disable it in the plugin settings: WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> SpamFireWall

    Did it help?
