• Sorry, the content area was not found in your page. You must call the_content function in the current template, in order for Elementor to work on this page.”

I keep getting this error message every time I try to post something. I have switched themes and it works. But with OceanWP I have tried different browsers, incognito tabs, deleting cache, disabling all plug ins (all the options included in
    https://docs.elementor.com/article/184-cant-edit-with-elementor and https://docs.elementor.com/article/56-content-area-not-found).

I have Elementor Pro and have contacted them. They usually do something on their end and works for a couple days but then the error comes back.
I am not sure what is causing the issue because it just comes and goes whenever it wants and it is very annoying. They asked me to ask for support directly to the Theme

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hello, I just answered your ticket.

    Hi,

I just found this thread by searching for the same issue. I don’t know if it’s a live thread but I started to get the same message on my Woocommerce checkout page when I try to edit it with Elementor. I use OceanWP theme too.

Please let me know if there is a solution to fix it, I would really appreciate it!

    Thank you!

Found a solution in another thread! This solved my problem, I share it here might help others as well.

“Go to Elementor setting and then check products in post types
Go to Products, click Edit on the product you want to edit, input something (ie. a full stop-sign ‘.’) in the WP Editor, click Update. (See attached screenshot.) https://i.stack.imgur.com/h06UT.png

@gabros20 Thank you! You are a lifesaver. That worked !
