The_content is missing…Please help

I’m trying to create a footer with the theme builder of elementor (pro version). Every time i try to edit the part using elementor i receive this messsage “you need to call “the_content” function….
I even tried a dufferent theme and it’s working well with that. But I would like to solve this issue with Hello elementor so I can use it again.

can someone help me? ??
