The_permalink problem

Hi All

I am facing big problem. i am using the_permalink “>Get More Detail to open category page. But there is problem i want to open My PDF files directly open rather then go to category page my url is https://www.freejobhut.com/category/bank-jobs/ Please any one help me on this.
