the_time( ) issue with the time display

Hello everybody,
Something really strange it’s happening. I’ve got this code:

In line 59:<br /> <span class="createdate"><?php the_time('l, F jS, Y') ?></span></p> <p>The function the_time don’t parse correctly and don’t work. This is how show the time in my template:

I didn’t modified wp-include folder, and I deactivate all my plugins…
