Their Suppor Really Sucks!

  • 101 percent terrible customer support and some other things that needs improvements like you need to ask them to delete the one free site that you can attach to your account. sometimes the domain is already registered even if youre not yet registering it and if you complain it will take years for them to reply.

    with regards to deleting the one domain. i need this functionality as a developer so i can test my clients site so i can recommend for the purchase after they see the results.

    We reviewed your case with adding a new website and it turned out that our fraud protection system has caught it. Although very rarely, I must admin that this might happen.     I had no problems with the suport even on the free plan they answer quickly!
