Thematic menu moves when clicking page

    Hello. I’ve successfully styled the header and menu to suit me. However, when I click on a new page from the menu, my #access and menu page links shift to a higher position on the page. I’ve gone through the css over and over and can’t seem to find anything that addresses this problem. Any ideas? Thanks.
    P.S. I’m working on a local server until the site is ready, so can’t include a link i don’t think
