Thematic, sugar cane error

    I recenetly added thematic and it works fine, but when i download the sugar cane files and upload over thematic’s to make sugar cane work i get this error on the site…

    Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /***/public_html/main/wp-content/themes/thematic/index.php on line 3

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function thematic_create_doctype() in /***/public_html/main/wp-content/themes/thematic/header.php on line 1

    What’s the problem? And how can i fix this?
