Theme and Content folders disappeared

  • I just logged into my wordpress account.

    My theme folder totally disappeared. All of a sudden my website won’t show up.
    I got these messages when I click on themes:

    Warning: ksort() expects parameter 1 to be array, boolean given in (my theme folder)
    Warning: array_slice() expects parameter 1 to be array, boolean given in (my theme folder again)

    they don’t exist anymore
    also all the plugins are gone and I don’t even have a wp-content folder

    I have no idea what to do or what happened. Any advice would be appreciated.
